Throughout the Certification the student will acquire theoretical and practical knowledge about sports coaching, and skills to manage contexts that influence their performance: injuries, pregnancy, sports retirement. The student who completes the program will be accredited by the SINC faculty.

The Certification in Sports Coaching for high performance SINC, is an international program in direct online format, aimed at professionals who want to integrate a work methodology, as well as a set of techniques and tools that allow them to enhance the talent and performance of their athletes.

Fundamentals of sports coaching

Overview of coaching, its history, evolution, key competencies that a coach must have. Framing the specialty of sports coaching. Relationship and roles between coach and coachee. Framing the specialty of sports coaching. Relationship and roles between coach and coachee.

MODULE 2
Goals and action plans

Goals in sport. Distinction between problems, challenges and ideal situation, how to align values with objectives. Action plans to manage evolution and progress.

MODULE 3
Active listening

Favorable environments for communication. Authenticity of the coach to generate trust and connection with the coachee. 360º listening, barriers and critical points. Non-verbal language.

MODULE 4
The power of language in coaching

Its importance in the coaching process and how it can influence your approach. Labels, opinions and judgments in order to broaden perspectives and options.

MODULE 5
Neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and neuroscience

Mental experiences and processes influence behavior and therefore performance. Representational systems and sensory channels.


MODULE 6
Beliefs in coaching

Identifying, analyzing and challenging beliefs to help athletes overcome their limitations and achieve their goals.

The art of questioning

Powerful questions. How to give and receive feedback. Requests and offers Saying “no” in an assertive way. How to generate productive conversations to support your growth process.

Prevention of violence in sports

The prevention of violence in sports is not an option, it is a mission. It is not enough to be attentive and focused, it is necessary to know the warning signs.

PRACTICAL WORK

The SINC Certification Program in Sports Coaching for High Performance includes internal and external internships, which will be mandatory to obtain the diploma. These internships with athletes are a real opportunity for students to integrate the methodology and solid practical experience.

WHAT IS THE SPORT INSTITUTE OF COACHING?

The Sport Institute of Coaching (SINC) is a private Institute dedicated to promoting coaching for the development of talent and sports performance. Professionals training professionals. At SINC we offer educational and practical programs for those professionals or students interested in sports coaching and mental preparation for high performance.

IN WHICH COUNTRIES ARE THE PROGRAMS AVAILABLE?

SINC offers global training programs. You can access our masters and courses from anywhere in the world, as long as you have access to an internet connection.

SINC courses are 100% online with all classes live.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO COMPLETE THE PROGRAM?

The standard duration of the program is 6 months: four and a half months for the theoretical part and tools, and one and a half months for the internal and external internships, as well as the certification exam. At SINC we offer the possibility of completing the program in 8 months so that you can complete your training without any problems.

DO I NEED ANY PREVIOUS QUALIFICATIONS TO ACCESS THE PROGRAM?

The SINC team will consider each and every application received for the different programs.

Since SINC is an online institute of higher education, certain academic requirements must be met in order to enroll and obtain a professional certification. Therefore, your CV will be reviewed by SINC‘s academic department.

WHAT LANGUAGES ARE THEY IN?

The lessons are in Spanish.

IS THERE ANY AGREEMENT BETWEEN SINC AND THE PUBLIC UNIVERSITY?

SINC is a private Sports Coaching Institute that certifies its courses with its own degree. In addition to the academic objectives, SINC programs have the direct objective of providing the student with immediate job skills in the international world of high performance sport.

WILL I GET A CERTIFICATE AFTER COMPLETING THE PROGRAM?

Yes, once you have completed the program you will receive your SINC certification, with a security code that guarantees its validity.

Yes, the SINC sports coaching certification program includes internships, which are mandatory to obtain the diploma.
